Green Survival

As we know the survival of life on the green planet is now conditioned with, how we protect, consume our natural assets, preserve and conserve our biodiversity. Now is need of the time to expedite our speed of growing greenery. Otherwise we have left with no second option. Every resident of the earth has the obligation of planting a tree once a year if convenient so. I would suggests, every individual or elder of a house should plant a tree within the house premises or outside. Further it is appealed to the community elders, religious scholars, or preachers, who use load speakers frequently, should highlight the importance of plantation on priority basis.
Survival on green belt is immensely endangered by Climatic Changes in the last few decades. If the toughest challenges and environmental hazards are not perceived in real time; indeed it would be a great loss to the humanity. The teachings of our religion "Islam" says, Tree plantation is a (Sadqa Jaarai), The person who planted a tree, will get his reward from Allah Almighty. Therefore, it is our moral obligation to plant and protect a tree. We should encourage tree plantation for the sake of posterity.
Of course, there are so many causes responsible for the climate Change. But human involvement is on top of the list. Since the dawn of history, humans have converted the forests land to agriculture and now replacing the farm land by building big houses, industries, parks, towns, big and small societies. Sooner or later the people will face scarcity of water, crops, grains etc. As we observe that heat is unbearable. Summer season is replacing both spring and autumn gradually. Few years back Peshawar University convened an international conference on Climate Change, where some scientists were of the view that due to global warming ,one of the four seasons may be shrinking; referring to spring season. Keeping in view that apprehension, we observe today that summer season has been prolonged reaching almost to October. While the Spring duration is too short to feel and enjoy.
The intensity of heat is also unbearable. It is feared that this phenomenon may not cause skin and other diseases, as once suffered by Australian people in a specific area. It is noteworthy that Australian govt has improved greenhouse affects by a new plantation forestry method under the Emission Reduction Fund (ERF). The burning of fossil fuels like coal, oil, and natural gas are the primary causes, which increases global warming each year. Other factors like deforestation, greenhouse gases, power plants, massive use of vehicles, transport, starting new industries, large scale use of concrete, cements, bricks all these greatly contribute to global warming.
In the last, i would quote as per the Malakand division commissioner once told a gathering that, we the humans have badly harmed our ecosystem, so definitely, we would suffer; because we do not plant a tree, we do not protect our forests. Here i would prefer to suggests the concerned administration that, please instructs the community elders, religious scholars to shed a light on the importance of plantation on weekly basis for two to three years consecutively . Please aware the people, start campaigns, creates love for trees and green environment. otherwise be ready for the worse consequence ahead, in shape of severe heat and increased temperature. Please make the planet as a GARDEN not a desert.

Urbanization and Population

As per the data mentioned by Ministry of National Health Services Regulations and Coordination, Pakistan has the fifth largest population in the world, approximately 221 million people in the country, fourth largest in Asia and Second largest in the Muslim countries. This is really alarming for a developing country like Pakistan which lacks resources, strategic planning and a broad vision. Exponentially , our population is multiplying every year. Despite with meager resources ; it looks that we are heading towards more dependency on other nations, their financial institutions for more debts, interests and so on. Our agriculture sector is not equipped with to meet up with the nation's needs. Our farmers are less aware of the modern techniques of farming. They are not familiarized with the use of modern technologies. Thats why, we still import wheat, refined petroleum, Petroleum gas, Palm Oil, Raw Cotton, Oil seeds, fruits etc. In fact, our soil is rich in natural resources like, gas...

Go for Green Energy

Green Energy option has to be taken in serious consideration, if the world communities pledge to safeguard the green environment. Green energy is produced from various natural sources, like water, wind and solar. The positive impact of this type of energy is that, it does not harm environment. Green energy is produced from renewable energy technologies, like solar energy through solar panels, wind energy through turbines and water or hydropower through water flow .   BRUSSELS (AP ) — The European Union on Wednesday is unveiling sweeping new legislation to help meet its pledge to cut emissions of the gases that cause global warming by 55% over this decade, including a controversial plan to tax foreign companies for the pollution they cause. The proposals by the European Commission, which is the EU’s executive branch, will cover everything from tougher caps on car pollution to new national limits on gases from buildings. It will see a revamp of the bloc’s emissions trading scheme u...
